Mark Warrick - Web Project Manager

As a project manager (aka IT project manager, interactive project manager, web content producer, etc.), I have been leading the development of web-based products, online business ventures, etc. since 2000. My first experiences in leading projects began when I formed the company Fusioneers.com. As the owner of this company, I developed a network of 400+ ColdFusion developers whom I could call upon to assist with many projects. In order to run projects smoothly and manage client expectations, I developed a methodology that has proven to be very successful in managing web-based projects. Additionally, I have developed online project tracking systems that help my clients and developers communicate with one another efficiently throughout the entire software product development lifecycle.

In addition to running my own consulting business since 2000, I have served as a contractor and an employee for many different companies in the mean time. I've called upon the skills I learned in running my own business to help other businesses develop their online presence and marketing objectives such as ZapConnect.com, Specific Media, The Orange County Register and Freedom Communications.
